Yes, we require a 25% refundable deposit to secure rentals, which can be applied toward any potential damages. Additionally, a 50% initial payment of your overall total is required, and the full balance must be settled two weeks before the event date. For services like event decor and snack bars, no deposit is needed but the initial payment is required at booking time.
No, an event stylist is typically
not your event planner; they have different primary roles, with the stylist focusing on the event's look, feel, and aesthetics (decor, theme, ambiance) and the planner handling the logistics, budget, vendors, and overall execution (the "how" and "when"), though some professionals offer hybrid services. Think of the planner as the architect building the blueprint and the stylist as the artist painting the vision, with planners managing the nuts and bolts and stylists creating the magic. If you need event planning services please let us know as this services does not come with rentals or event styling.
In the event that we need to postpone an event, we will do everything possible to accommodate a new date if one is available. Please inform us as soon as possible if such a situation arises, as we will have already secured your items and declined them to other clients to ensure they are ready for you. Please note that fees may apply for last-minute postponements due to labor costs and other factors.
Some items can be picked up; however, larger bulky items, such as throne chairs, and delicate items like chiavari chairs are available for delivery only. Please check the item description for a note indicating if it’s a delivery only item.
