About Lovelyloons

LovelyLoons was founded with one simple belief: celebrations deserve intention.


What began as a love for beautiful balloon design has evolved into a full-service luxury event design studio serving milestone celebrations, weddings, galas, and elevated social events.

After experiencing firsthand the impact that thoughtful décor can have on a special moment, we knew we wanted to create that same magic for other families — not just through balloons, but through immersive, cohesive design experiences.


Today, LovelyLoons is proud to offer full-service event styling, luxury balloon installations, curated rentals, and boutique balloon collections — all designed with structure, artistry, and attention to detail.

I’m Nancy, founder of LovelyLoons. Together with my husband Jose and our family, we’ve grown this brand into more than a business — it’s a creative studio rooted in passion, precision, and purpose.

Lovelyloons delivers elevated event décor with precision, creativity, and professionalism. We don’t just decorate — we design experiences. From custom balloon installations to premium rentals and seamless execution, every detail is handled with intention and care.

Our team is trusted for refined aesthetics, reliable service, and flawless setup and breakdown. When you choose Lovelyloons, you’re choosing quality, expertise, and a stress-free experience that transforms your vision into a statement event.


For rentals, including Photo Booth rentals, availability can be viewed and inquiries can be submitted online 24/7 through our website. For services such as balloon décor and snack bars, please complete our inquiry form to request a custom quote.

Once your inquiry is received, we’ll follow up with questions regarding your event details, design preferences, and vision. After all details are confirmed, you’ll receive a proposal and booking instructions to secure your date.


We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak seasons, weekends, and larger-scale events. While some services may be accommodated on shorter notice based on availability, popular dates and premium inventory tend to book quickly.

To secure your preferred date and allow adequate time for planning and customization, early booking is highly encouraged.


To streamline the booking process, we do not require a traditional security deposit. We operate on a trust-based system and expect all clients to handle our rentals and décor with care and in accordance with the terms of their agreement.

Any misuse, damage, loss, or negligence will result in assessed charges, including but not limited to the full replacement cost of the damaged or affected item(s).

To formally reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer is required as follows:

  • 25% for event packages exceeding $5,000
  • 50% for rentals or services exceeding $500

Full payment is required for last-minute bookings and for all rentals or services totaling $500 or less.

All payment terms, policies, and liability details are outlined in full within your service or rental agreement and are legally binding upon booking.


The final balance is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Full payment is required for last-minute bookings and for any rentals or services booked within two weeks of the event.


Yes, we offer two types of setup and breakdown services:

  1. Setup & breakdown for Lovelyloons rentals and services
    Most Lovelyloons services include professional setup and breakdown when booked as part of a package or as a requested service. Fees may apply if setup and breakdown are not already included in the selected package or service. Any additional labor or extended service time outside of the booked scope may incur additional fees.
  2. DIY event setup & breakdown assistance
    We also offer setup and breakdown assistance for DIY events, most commonly for weddings. This service includes two assistants for up to 4 hours, which may be split between setup and breakdown, starting at $500.

Please note: The DIY setup and breakdown assistance service does not include ceiling draping, balloon installations, or excessively complex or labor-intensive projects. Additional restrictions may apply and will be reviewed prior to booking.


We cater to a wide range of events, whether it’s a private gathering such as a wedding, baby shower, birthday, mitzvah, or gender reveal, or larger occasions like galas, festivals, corporate events, holiday parties, public celebrations, grand openings, or school functions. No event is too big or too small.


Consultations are available by appointment only to ensure each client receives dedicated time and attention. Walk-ins are welcome for purchases or general inquiries; however, same-day consultations are not guaranteed.

Yes. We proudly travel for events. Travel and delivery fees are determined by distance, location, setup requirements, and event scope, and will be outlined in your quote.


Setup time varies based on the size, complexity, and scope of the installation. Setup can take up to 6 hours or more for larger-scale or highly detailed designs. Whenever possible, day-before installations are strongly recommended and allow for a smoother and more efficient event-day experience.

For quality and safety reasons, we do not schedule large installations with less than two (2) hours allotted for setup. Final setup timelines will be confirmed in advance based on your event design and venue requirements.


Venues with limited access, strict load-in/load-out times, or special requirements must be disclosed in advance. We encourage clients to coordinate closely with their venue and keep these restrictions in mind when inquiring about larger installations, as a realistic setup timeframe is required for us to execute at our best. Additional labor or time-based fees may apply and will be outlined in your proposal and agreement.


Item quantities may be increased or adjusted up to 30 days prior to the event, subject to availability. Any approved increases will be added to your invoice accordingly. Reductions in quantity requested within 30 days of the event are not permitted and do not qualify for a refund or credit, as items are reserved exclusively for your event and removed from availability for other potential clients. Once items are reserved, we decline other inquiries for those same items, which results in lost revenue. For this reason, fees may apply where applicable, with no exceptions. Customized or personalized items are strictly non-refundable, as materials, labor, and preparation are completed in advance to avoid material shortages and additional labor costs.


No. For quality control, safety, and design consistency, Lovelyloons does not install balloon décor using client-provided materials. All balloon décor is created exclusively with professional-grade balloons and supplies sourced by Lovelyloons.

Our pricing reflects not only the materials used, but also the design expertise, installation labor, structural support, and professional techniques required to ensure a high-quality and reliable setup.

If budget is a concern, we’re happy to recommend a scaled-down design or alternative décor option that aligns with your vision while maintaining our standards.


Yes. Lovelyloons specializes in custom designs and works with a wide range of themes and special requests. We collaborate closely with our clients to create cohesive, elevated décor that aligns with your vision, event style, and color palette.

Please note that highly customized designs, specialty materials, or unique requests may require additional lead time and may be subject to additional fees. All custom details are reviewed and confirmed prior to booking and outlined in your proposal and agreement.


Mockups may be purchased prior to booking for $130 and will be credited toward your balance if you proceed with booking. If you do not book, the fee is non-refundable. Complimentary mockups are included  after booking is confirmed  upon request and may require additional design time.

All mockups are watermarked and remain the intellectual property of Lovelyloons. A mockup agreement is required prior to release.


Yes. Lovelyloons offers curated package options that combine select rentals and services for added value and a seamless event experience. Package availability and inclusions vary based on event type, scope, and availability.

Custom packages may also be created upon request. All package details, pricing, and inclusions will be outlined in your proposal prior to booking.


Yes. Payment plans are available for select packages or services totaling over $5,000, provided the event date is more than six (6) months away at the time of booking. A non-refundable 25% retainer is required upfront to secure your date.

Available payment options include weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly installments, with a minimum payment of $300 per month. Payment plans are not available for events scheduled within six months, last-minute bookings, or for rentals and services under $5,000.

All payment schedules and terms will be clearly outlined in your invoice and agreement


Clients are responsible for having a weather backup plan for outdoor events. Weather conditions may affect décor, and outdoor installations are not guaranteed. For safety reasons, Lovelyloons may modify or decline setup due to unfavorable weather. Refunds are not guaranteed, and rescheduling is subject to availability.


All retainers and payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, any amounts paid will be forfeited, as your date, inventory, and labor are reserved exclusively for your event.

Requests to postpone or reschedule are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. If approved, payments may be applied toward a new date within a specified timeframe, and rescheduling fees may apply.

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-transferable, as materials and labor are prepared in advance.

All cancellation, postponement, and rescheduling terms are outlined in detail within your service or rental agreement.


Not necessarily. Your Lovelyloons event stylist is responsible for the design, setup, and execution of the décor and services booked. Event planning, coordination, and vendor management are offered separately through our event planning and coordination team and must be contracted independently.

We’re happy to collaborate with your hired planner or coordinate directly through our in-house planning, coordination, and vendor management crew when those services are added to your booking. All roles and responsibilities will be clearly outlined in your agreement.
